 It's hard to improve on some things. No matter how hard they try to make it "new and improved", sometimes they would have been better off leaving well enough alone. Of course, you don't always know that until you try the updated version, only to be left longing for what you had in the first place.
One of my very first vibrators was a Jack Rabbit. Yes, it was cheezy looking and not very well made, but it could deliver some serious orgasms! It died a long time ago and was replaced by several other little toys that buzzed, pumped and spun. In spite of the others, the old Jack Rabbit still lingered in my mind as one of my favorites, so some time ago we decided to replace it. We got a high tech version: waterproof, cordless and a new, modern design. I was eager to get home and put my little friend to work.  Sadly, I have to tell you that the new design has a flaw. Take a look at the picture above, then compare it with this picture of the "original"Jack Rabbit. See how all the little balls in the new one are lined up, while the old version just had the balls rotating freely? Maybe it is just the way I am made, but I find the new version uncomforatble. Personally, while I found the vibrator to be adequate for its purposes, it seemed a little limiting to me when used by itself. One of my favorite early toys was an old-fashioned Jack Rabbit vibrator. It was my first vibrator that did something other than just buzz. I really wasn't too sure about it when I first saw it, but it didn't take long to realize that "Jack" and I were going to become very good friends.
